Through this work we aimed to support, informally and methodologically, school managers, teachers, teachers of in all disciplines in promoting gender equity and equal opportunities. If through education in general, man must become disciplined, cultivated, prudent, and moral (according to the classical assertions of Im. Kant), through gender education the boy / girl – the man / woman is to acquire a gender consciousness, a pronounced identity, dignity and responsibility, fairness and respect.
